Contact Sportverse if you need help choosing a squash class, understanding monthly packages, or managing an existing booking. Our team supports players and parents across Hong Kong in English and Traditional Chinese.

Coaches and clubs

Coaches can ask about onboarding, class setup, and payouts. Club administrators can reach us about recurring programs, roster tools, and listing classes on Sportverse. Include your club or coach name so we can route your message quickly.

Response times

We aim to reply within one business day. For urgent booking issues on the day of a class, put URGENT in your message subject. You can also browse the FAQ for instant answers about payments, cancellations, and refunds.
