How Sportverse booking works
Sportverse is the operator-run booking site for squash classes and coaches in Hong Kong. This guide walks through discovery, payment, and support—without copying content from other Sportverse properties.
Discover and compare
Start on the homepage or Classes page to filter by location, date, and class type. Open a class to see weekly schedule, venue map text, pricing, and coach bio links. Coach and club pages aggregate related sessions for the same partner network.
Checkout and payment
Registered users and guests can complete Stripe checkout. Successful payment creates a booking record and triggers confirmation email. Monthly packages charge for the sessions defined on the class page for the selected month. Currency is shown in HKD unless noted otherwise on the listing.
After you book
Use My Booking when signed in to review upcoming sessions. Cancellation and refund rules are documented in Terms of Service and on the payment screen. For day-of issues, contact support via the Contact page with URGENT in the subject.
What Sportverse is not
This apex domain focuses on class discovery and enrollment. Competition draws, ladders, and results live on competitions.sportverse.com.hk. We do not scrape LCSD or other bulletin boards into class listings; coaches publish schedules they operate.
